Spirit Halloween Begins Christmas Season in 2024 with a New Spinoff Store
Spirit Halloween, one of the biggest national retailers to operate as seasonal pop-up stores, is making a play for the holidays. When the creepy Halloween times are over, the retailer will pump up the excitement by transforming some of its stores to Spirit Christmas locations to give shoppers plenty of holiday cheer.
Spirit Christmas Shops With A Twist
Spirit Christmas After almost 40 years, Spirit Halloween is opening its first Spirit Christmas stores in partnership with Spencer’s parent company SBH Fashion. The stores will carry a selection of winter holiday merchandise, such as decorations and gifts, as well as blow-up holiday displays. Also, shoppers can visit a life-size gingerbread village and take photos with Santa when these stores open in November.
“Spirit Halloween prides itself on offering an engaging store experience, and that is not taking a backseat because the holidays have arrived,” said the company spokesman.
Feighery added, “We’re on a mission to deliver the holiday safely and make this festive retail experience as authentic in capturing the spirit of the season, how we do for Halloween.
Point of Sale and Start Date
Spirit Christmas locations will be a mix of band-new pop-ups and converted Spirit Halloween store locations. The first Spirit Christmas store, the flagship outlet in May’s Landing, New Jersey, is set to open on October 18, 2024 with other locations in the Philadelphia area (Marlton and Brick Township) following over the next few weeks.
Expansion And Spirit Halloweens twin Brothers Growth
Spirit Halloween opened 1,525 stores in the US and Canada (a record-high count) this year, establishing itself as a serious player in seasonal retail. The store operator, which has a reputation for landing in vacant strip-mall storefronts during the weeks before Halloween, now views the Christmas season as a time to exploit another profitable holiday. That was just on the top end of $965 billion, a 4 per cent bump over last year, according to the National Retail Federation (NRF).
Big Business for Holidays
Halloween is already one of the biggest seasons in the US, with $11.6 billion expected to be spent on costumes, decorations and more this year. Jumping into the winter holiday scene, unearth Spirit Christmas to seize there as well and serve the specific customers who come hunting for something a little special in their celebration.
Spirit Christmas stores will take holiday spirit to new heights as they continue the magic of seasonal shopping long after Halloween.
